Frank Fisher began his business career in 1971 as a stock broker with Dean Witter, now known as Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

  After five years there, he returned to school to complete his education, graduating with honors from Ball State University
  in Muncie, Indiana, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

  In 1976, Frank joined the team of Georges S. Olive & Co., Indiana's largest CPA firm.  While there, he routinely consulted
  with major New York Stock Exchange clients, performed extensive tax research, and handled complex consolidated corporate
  tax work.  His experiences included tax planning and preparation for large real estate and construction partnerships and
  corporations.

  Frank moved to Reno, NV in 1980 to take over the tax department of the David J. Thompson Co.  When Thompson merged
  with the firm of Mcgladrey Hendrickson that same year, Frank transferred to Orange County, CA as the Director of Taxation,
  where his responsibilities included working with owners of closely-held businesses to provide cost effective solutions for
  their tax, accounting, and general business consulting needs.

  In 1982 Frank returned to his home in Reno, where he established his own private accounting practice.  With many years of
  comprehensive experience to his credit, he focuses on the areas of tax planning strategies, gift, estate, and financial planning;
  as well as innovative uses of partnerships, corporations and LLCs -- specifically, for family and closely held businesses.

While Frank has a large and diversified client base, his talent and aggressive approach towards tax planning are concentrated in the real estate and construction industries.
He is diligent in remaining abreast of the ever-changing tax laws.
